What the site is for
This site describes our services and publishes our writing. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or professional advice for your particular situation. A binding engagement begins only when we and the client both sign a written scope.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site unlawfully or to send unlawful or harmful material.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
- Do not interfere with the operation of the site, including by automated scraping that degrades performance.
- Do not misuse the enquiry form for unsolicited marketing.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code and branding of this site belong to EmmOrita Digital Intelligence unless stated otherwise. You may read, share and quote our articles with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site or substantial parts of it as your own.
Work delivered under a client contract is a different matter. Our clients own the code, the content, the domain, the data and the accounts we deliver to them, in full, at handover.

We keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we may change it without notice. We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability for delivered client work is governed by the contract for that work, alongside our 60-day warranty on defects in delivered work.
